After the product is assembled with various components, it is necessary to waterproof not only part of the silicone foam seal, but also the system seal between the assemblies, that is, the structural waterproof. The silicon foam seal is made by means of a lens and a die cast. If the product has leakage, sometimes it may not be a silicone problem, but the overall structural design problem. The assembly process is to pass the lens through a clamping slot in the die-cast wall, stretching the silicone seal to make the lens smaller, right and left edges. At this time, the silicone rapidly expands to support the extrusion of the lens and achieve a sealed environment. The lens and die cast groove form the first waterproof seal, and the silicone seal and die cast inner groove form the second waterproof seal.
